If you feel that you have received defective or damaged merchandise please email us at info@sororityspecialties.com 4 days of receipt of your order to be eligible to exchange the merchandise. Please reference the shipping name the order was placed under and our order number and what you feel is wrong with the merchandise. In some instances we may require you to email us a picture of the merchandise and what is wrong with it.

We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the merchandise if it is eligible.. We will fix or replace any product that is defective. Damage caused by improper opening of the package (so please don’t use a knife or scissors and be very careful when opening your package), washing or drying of the clothing will not be fixed or replaced, as it is not a manufacturer defect.


Damage caused by the shipping company is covered if you choose FedEx, but if you used First Class Mail with the post office we are not able to refund or replace the items.  We recommend using FedEx.
