If you are not satisfied with the merchandise for any reason you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns on graduation stoles with the year on them or items in the sale section, these items say "This item sold in our Sale section is final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.". We are unable to refund you for any shipping costs. This includes the original shipping of the merchandise to you and the cost to return it to us.
For the holiday season any items purchased from 11/1-12/15 can be returned or exchanged as long as we receive them by 1/15 and they meet all of the return/exchange requirements. We do this as we know many people like to shop early for the holidays and we don't want to penalize you for that!
Returns and exchanges are only accepted on items that have not be worn, altered, washed or used and are in the same condition as when it was purchased. If you would like to be refunded to the method of payment you used when you purchased it there is a 25% re-stocking fee. If you would like store credit to be emailed to you there is no re-stocking fee. For exchanges you will have to pay for shipping for the new item unless you spend $124 and are eligible for the free shipping special we have.

Make sure to write clearly the email address you wish the code to be sent to. Once you receive your code via email... you will use that code on our site to place a new order for the desired items.
